How do I setup my Offline Email Reader to Access my Emails?

Here is a setup guide with Outlook Express. Please adapt this to your other offline email application.
1. Open Outlook Express >> TOOL >> ACCOUNTS.
2. In the Internet Accounts popup window, >> ADD >> MAIL.
3. Complete your display name, Caps and space allowed >> NEXT
4. Complete your email address. eg TobyWong@OneWeb.com, Caps allowed but not space. >> NEXT
5. Select POP3 Server
Incoming mail server: your_domain.com (default port: 110)
Outgoing mails server: your_domain.com (default port: 25)
>> NEXT
6. Complete your Account Name: username@your_domain.com (note: must include @domain_name)
Password: xxxxx (note: case sensitive)
Select Remember password if you wish
>> NEXT
7. When in Internet Accounts window (as in #2 above), select account >> PROPERTIES
8. In Properties Window, select the SERVER TAB >> and CHECK the Outgoing Mail Server Section - My server requires authentication - use same settings as my incoming mail server. >> OK >> OK and you are done.
