I have registered on your SupportDesk System and have authenticated my email address. Yet all my emails to support@websols.com have resulted in an automated response saying that my email requeting support has been refused.

After you have authenticated your email address, you can only post/reply tickets via our Web-based SupportDesk. You will even receive emails informing you of replies made by our support staff. However you will not be able to submit/reply to support@websols.com via email until we take the additional security step to activate the email module of our SupportDesk System. To have us activate the Email Module, please access our Web-based SupportDesk and submit a ticket requesting us to activate the Email Module for your email address.
