I cannot access my site. Is it down.? Please help.

We monitor our server every 5 minutes to ensure it's up and running. If it's running and you still can't access your site, then it might be due connectivity issues from your location.
Please always do a tracert to your website and post the results together with your support ticket. A tracert will pinpoint where the network issues are, if that's the case.
If you do not have a tracert program installed on your system, you can use the one at http://dnsstuff.com. This of course can only check tracert from their server to your website.
Another way to check is to use the quick check feature of http://alertra.com or http://siteuptime.com . If it shows your site is up from their various check points, then its probably due to your/clients internet connections. In this case you have to contact your internet access provider to find out what is the issue at hand and how they can help you.
