Dato' Abdul Samad Maharuddin

Dato' Abdul Samad Maharuddin took over the helm of the Acmar Groups as it's Chairman in 1992. Prior to his opponent, he was the Special Officer to the Menteri Besar of Selangor.

Dato' Abdul Samad is also the Chairman of the Selangor State Cultural Council and the Selangor Youth Writer's Association (KEMUDI). He also contributes to the numerous social, cultural and sports association through out Selangor. His contributions have earned him DSSA, KMN, AMN, PJK and JP. His exemplary qualities of being fair and humble have earned him the respect of one and all. Dato' Abdul Samad's vast experience and astute business leadership makes him an instrumental leader in Acmar Group decision to diversify and expand its businesses.

It is expected that his business savvy and leadership skills will help the Acmar Group's of Companies face the challenges and maximise the opportunities as it moves into the 21st century and beyond.

Dato' Steven A.S. Tee ventured into the automotive industry after completing his education, under the tutelage of his father, the distinguished Mr Tee Leh Teck. Through his initiative, he steered the Acmar Group to expend its scope in the automotive industry. Today, the Group deals in parts and accessories, sale of used and new cars, service and maintenance of vehicles, and even manufacture of automotive components.

Together with his brother, Johnson K.H. Tee, he diversified the company's businesses even further, making it the strong and dynamic Acmar Group that it is today.

Dato' Steven A.S Tee believes that in the pursuit of success, the Group must never lose touch with its corporate responsibility. Hence , in its growth, the Acmar Group serves to create a better lifestyle, society and place for all.

It is for these contributions to the country that Dato' Steven A.S Tee was conferred the DSSA, PJK and JP by HRH the Sultan of Selangor. He also sits as Honorary Treasurer with the Football Association of Selangor.

Mr. Johnson K.H. Tee ASA, PJK, JP was appointed to the Group in 1983 as Group Executive Director. His expertise in complicated financial mergers and acquisitions have made him a valuable asset to the Acmar Group.

It was his persistence and unwavering business acumen that helped the Group to survive the recession onslaught in the 80s. While other companies suffered through the period, the Acmar Group's turnover rose steadily to RM 18 million in 1986.

His acumen in financial matters has helped propel the Group into the forefront of the Malaysian business arena, thus contributing positively to our Prime Minister Dato Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohammed's Vision 2020.

Encik Mohd Shakri bin Abdul Razak graduated with a LLB (Hons) from IIU in 1989. An Advocate and Solicitor, he was appointed as partner in M/S Choe & Shakri in 1992 and made a senior partner of M/S Shakri & Co. His astute business sense and strong knowledge in legal matters makes him an invaluable member to the business community.

As special advisor cum consultant to EY Con Laboratories Australia Limited, he is instrumental and responsible for their business development and legal affairs in South East Asia and the Middle East. Apart from his involvement in business he also acts as legal advisor to the Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Kedah.

An active member of the corporate scene, he also sits on the board of several companies. With his vast and wide experience in the business arena CKC will always be experiencing growth and development.
